DRENNAN called the meeting to order at 0900 hours in the Broadmoor Hangar.

A. OLD BUSINESS:

1. FINANCIAL REPORT:

- Financial status as of 30 Apr 07 was presented to and accepted by the staff. Statement is attached. (WEAVER-INFO)

CY 07 Income: $5,949.11

CY 07 Expenditures: 7,314.28

2. DIRECTOR'S UPDATE (WHALEN):

Director was unable to attend-No Report.

3. ARTIFACTS, ACCESSIONS & NEWLETTER (WEAVER):

- No items accessed during May 07.

- June Newsletter released.

- KUDOs to MCKINNEY for content.

4. VOLUNTEER SUPPORT (WEAVER):

5. RAMP RATS (KOVACH):

- Working on Bird Control

- Helped Black Gang moving items from the Ops Building to the Broadmoor Hangar.

- Cleaning and reorganizing Ops Building.

6. WEBSITE (SMALLEY):

- Hits to date: 77,000 plus to date.

- Recently added numerous items to the site.

7. BLACK GANG (GRAY):

-- Moving items from the Ops Building to the Broadmoor Hangar.

- Cleaning and reorganizing Ops Building.

8. DOCENT PROGRAM (GRIER):

- GRIER looking at a number of options to expand/upgrade program and schedule.

- Newsletter for DOCENTs has been established..

- More information to follow.

B. NEW BUSINESS:

1. MODEL UPDATE (GALBREATH):

-Working on the THOR Missile, MGS, and DISCOVER capsule.

2. BULLET MODEL (CAWOOD):

- Model is complete and viewed by the group.

- KUDOs to John!

- Will start work on an EAGLROCK model.

3. F-104 AC RESTORATION (DRENNAN):

- NORAD HQS will assist.

- Details to following.

4. BROADMOOR HANGAR MOVE (GRAY):

- All library items have been moved.

- AF Staff offices are being moved.

- Artifacts and Foundation Secretary /Treasure office/records have been moved.

- Artifacts to be moved mid-July.
