The museum will be closed for Thanksgiving from Wednesday, November 22, 2017 through Saturday, November 25, 2017, reopening with our winter hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) on Tuesday, November 28.

Visit Request Submission

Use this form to request a visit for individual parties of nine (9) or less.  For larger groups, contact the Museum by telephone (719) 556-4915.

Submit your request as early as possible. State or federal issued Photo ID is required. Drivers will need to have proof of insurance and registration for their vehicles. If you do not have a driver's license, please enter the number (and type) of your state or federal issued photo identification in the Comments Block.

Please wait for confirmation from the Museum staff (by email or telephone) that your request has been processed before arriving at the PAFB West Gate for entry.
